You can submit as many top quality songs as you have recorded. However, each song must not have been previously commercially released to iTunes and other major retailers. We will release one of your songs per month starting with the first song submitted. This allows each song to get the attention it deserves. We find this approach increases interest in both you and your songs while building a solid fan base and increases your potential for sales.
Please Note: Before your songs can be accepted and approved for ADEV they MUST be Recorded, Mixed and Mastered to a commerically viable level. No. This is a FREE service with no upfront costs. Once your music has been accepted to A.D.E.V., we will pay you 50% of all net earnings that are collected from the sale and licensing of your music.
No. Registering and submitting your songs to eMultimedia Group, Inc. does not inhibit your ability to get signed to another record label. eMultimedia Group, Inc. will NEVER prevent you from doing anything you want with your music.
However, please note: If you sign two digital distribution deals with two companies that will both be sending the same songs to iTunes, Amazon, eMusic, etc. - this will NOT be in your best interest as the retailer will usually remove the album completely until you decide which distributor has the exclusive right to be selling that song through them.

Yes. Currently, there is a minimum payout amount for artists/labels of $100 US Dollars. Once this threshold is met, you are eligible for payment.
Becoming a superstar doesn't happen overnight. It requires a lot of hard work, dedication and a huge marketing & promotion budget. Given the fact that this agreement is primarily designed to allow us to assist Artists/Record Labels in building a solid grassroots fanbase while connecting them and their music with the music buying public for evaluation and full record deal consideration, it is not likely you will become a superstar solely based on this agreement.
However, if you are talented and willing to work extremely hard to help promote yourself combined with the services we offer in this agreement, it is likely you will build a solid fanbase, develop a "following", earn money through sales and move steps closer to your career goals as a professional recording artist or record label. You also stand to benefit financially from any licensed usage of your music we secure. Only the top-performing artists from this program will be selected for an exclusive full recording contract.

We use many different proven methods of promotion to gain exposure for you and your music, limited only by the amount of information and material you give us. From the information you provide, our in-house marketing and graphics teams will first create various marketing materials such as banners, e-flyers, one sheets, etc. Our PR and Marketing teams then distribute them to our various contacts at media outlets in the hope of securing coverage for your songs. If you have videos and other materials, we will distribute them to media outlets as well. The more information and activity details you can provide about your career, the more we can promote you!
Through our dealings in the music industry, we have come across numerous companies that offer these services to artists generating lucrative incomes for themselves while not delivering the results promised and offering the artist very little return on his investment. We have heard numerous stories from independent artists and labels of companies promising the world before they get your money then once they are paid, they do very little and blame the lack of results on your music. We are seeking to provide an alternative to help minimize the amount of talented artists that fall victim to these companies and become frustrated to point of giving up on their dreams.
Our main focus is to expose as many talented indie artists as possible! We believe if we make the investment in your careers, coupled with your efforts, our efforts and our music industry know-how, we can forge mutually beneficial and lucrative relationships with indie Artists/Labels around the world while contributing something special to music listeners. In other words, we are putting our time and money where our mouth is!
It normally takes our A&R panel two weeks to complete the initial evaluation of your songs. Once approved, we immediately submit your song(s) to our retail partners for their evaluation process. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for this process to be completed and your song(s) to be added to their catalogs.
